The unit is spacious and comfortable to stay. However, upon check in the hotel the staff unable to find my name in the list which is my first time to encounter this. Bath tub is rusty. Also cannot use the jacuzzi. Overall, we still have an amazing celebration with my family.

Since I am a regular guest in Infinity of course i do love Infinity Tower Suites especially the the front desk department even their elevator is under repair they able to deliver excellent service.

So I extended my stay here. Check my previous review. I didn't complete my stay due to the lifts constantly being out of service for long periods. 1 lift was out of service during my whole stay. The other lift would go out of service for long periods. There were 2 days where the lift was out of service most of the day. Wouldn't have been much of a problem if I wasn't on the 17th floor. It did ruin my plans a little as I knew I was going to be back and forth to the hotel so didn't really want to be walking up 17 floors each time. Very unfortunate as I didn't want to leave as I enjoyed my stay here. Again, kudos to the staff as they were extremely helpful and handled frustrated guests very well. It wasn't their fault as its a building problem, so theres only so much they can do. Staff were also carrying guests' luggages up to their rooms non-stop during these times and also doing 訂房網站s to local shops for guests who did not want to leave the rooms because of the lifts. If no problems with the lift or maybe just getting a room on the lower floor. I would happily stay again in the future.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a suite fairly recently. Living and bedroom areas looked remodeled. Bathroom and kitchen areas looked rather worn and outdated relative to these 2 areas. AC worked well. Refrigerator sounded on the verge of blowing up. Motor ran consistently during the entire stay. Several pieces of the flooring in the living area were warped and a sharp edge was bent up. Very easy to get socks or bare feet caught on this. Sign on shower saying to let water run for 5 minutes to get hot. I ran for 15 minutes and noticed no measurable change in temperature. On the plus side, within only a few minutes walk to several restaurants and 7-11's.

The condotel was perfect as it was just across the event location for our new years birthday party. Room was ok. AC was leaking, no maintenance bit the front desk and housekeeping assisted. Didn't like the fact the they close the makati avenue entrance, had to turnaround. 7/11 at the ground floor is very convenient.

서비스 관련 점수 1도 아까움.. 샤워타월 하나 달라고 하는데 전화 3번해서 거의 반시간만에 받음. 체크아웃 하려고 10분 넘게 프런트에서 줄 서 있는데 옆 필리핀 여자 게스트가 멀리서 오더니 체크아웃한다니까 직원이 키카드를 바로 받아서 처리해줌... 뱅기 시간 다가오는데 개빡침!! 직원이 정신상태가 어디로 간건지.. 그리고 30층에서 엘레버이터 버튼 고장으로 20분 넘게 더운데 땀 흘리면서 기다림. 뱅기시간 때문에 조마조마 했었음. 프런트에 전화하면 기다리라고만 함.... 30층에 애당초 손님을 받질 말았어야지. 침대는 1인용 임. 성인 2인 절대 못 잠. 방 졸라 조그만 함. 티비는 장식품. 윈도우는 무지 작음. 뷰 빵점!! 형 하고 둘이 가족 여행 간건데.. 룸 숙객 1인기본이고 1인 추가시 1800페소 추가로 내야 한다고 함. 진짜 기절 초풍 할 뻔 함. 지들도 무리라고 생각했는지.. 호텔에 그게 무슨 소리냐니까... 연말이라 디스카운트 해준다고 웃고 넘어감... 결론: 돈 몇 만원 더 주고 더 졸은데 가실것을 권함!!!
